Disable ECO mode and click Performance mode in the HP Omen Software, crank those fans if you’re having temp issues, enable “Prefer Maximum Performance” in “Power Management” in Nvidia settings, and make sure “High Performance” Power option is active in Windows “Battery and Power” settings. This will enable your PC to run as fast as possible.
